Luis has been with ZAAP, inc. for over 20 years and has more than 33 years of architecture experience. Attained academic degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a Computer Science degree, and a Liberal Arts Science degree. Luis is licensed as an Architect in the State of California and has LEED AP Accreditation.
Ruth Delgado
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Ruth has managed over 300 employees in the human resources department at Tesla’s manufacturing plant in Chihuahua, Mexico; her experience with people is a valued asset to ZAAP, Inc. Ruth’s education includes a law degree from the University of Tecnologico Sierra Madre at Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.
Mike McCarley
Job Captain
Mike has over 15 years of experience in development of architecture, space planning, and furniture design. Mike has a Masters degree in architecture from NewSchool of Architecture and design. Mike also has a professional Bachelor's degree in Industrial design from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Aaron Rodriguez
Job Captain
Aaron has studied at the Newschool of Architecture & Design and attended San Diego State University. He received a Professional Bachelor degree in Architecture and also holds an associates degree in Drafting. With over 18 years of architectural experience in San Diego and Los Angeles, Aaron has been involved in numerous residential, retail, commercial & military projects in the Southern California and Washington state areas.
Lisa Sanchez
ACCOUNTANT
Lisa has been a ZAAP Team member since 2018 and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Lisa received a Bachelors in Business Management from San Diego State University. Lisa also has over 20 years of accounting experience.
John Zeibarth LEED AP
ZAAP FOUNDER / ARCHITECT
John studied at the University of Utah
receiving degrees in Accounting, History, and a Masters in Architecture. John then dedicated two years in the Peace Corps, serving in Benin, West Africa designing and building primary and secondary schools. In 1992, John founded Ziebarth Associates. Since John moved to San Diego in 1979 he has volunteered thousands of hours assisting with the city land-use planning, zoning, and development standards.
